ST. ANTHONY'S ORGAN FUND DRIVE
Thank you to all of our parish families and friends who have contributed generously and helped us meet and exceed our goal of $4,000.00. We raised $4113.60 with your support. With happy, hopeful expectation that St. Anthony’s Mission is not closing, we anxiously await the new organ which is estimated to arrive near Christmas.

Stewardship Reflection
Humble Stewardship
“You, Bethlehem-Ephrathah, too small to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel.” - Micah 5:1

We may think that the gifts we have to offer may be too small or too inconsequential to give to God. Today we are reminded that God brought forth His greatest gift to mankind, His own Son, through the humble town of Bethlehem. He can also accomplish great things through our Stewardship if we generously offer our gifts to Him.

Retirement Fund for the Religious
Religious give thanks. Our parish contributed $341.47 to the Retirement Fund for Religious in the second collection on December 13, 2009. Of the support offered by this appeal, one religious writes, “We deeply appreciate this assistance. God’s loving care touches us through the hearts of thousands of Catholics who give so generously to this collection year after year.” Women and men religious throughout the country send their abundant thanks for your donation.

Marriage Moments by Susan Vogt The winter solstice brings the longest night of the year. Warm it with candlelight. For some couples, however, dark nights bring depression. If you are among those who are currently struggling in your marriage, turn to the power of prayer as one resource.
